Terms of Service for Endless Dungeon War

Welcome to Endless Dungeon War ("the Game"), a mobile application developed by Codemind Tomasz Kopaczyk ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Game. By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least [insert age, e.g., 13] years old to use the Game. By using the Game, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

2. License

All Virtual Items are non-refundable and have no real-world monetary value.

You agree not to sell, trade, or transfer Virtual Items outside the Game.

We reserve the right to manage, control, modify, or eliminate Virtual Items without prior notice.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized third-party tools to modify the Game.

Harass, abuse, or harm other users.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with the Game’s operations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the Game, including graphics, text, music, and software, is our intellectual property or licensed to us.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Game without our prior written consent.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Game is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Game, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Updates and Changes

We may update or modify the Game at any time without prior notice.

We may also update these Terms. Continued use of the Game after changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Upon termination, you lose all rights to Virtual Items and access to the Game.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Poland.
